Request Account & Data Deletion

Go 2 Home respects your privacy. You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Open the Go 2 Home on your device and log in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile (or My Profile).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation message and tap Delete to confirm.
  5. Your request will be processed. You may also contact us directly (see below) to request account deletion.

Data We Delete

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove the following data:

  • Account profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
  • Saved delivery addresses
  • Order history
  • Wallet balance and transaction history
  • Payment methods and preferences
  • Chat and conversation history
  • Favorites and preferences

Data We May Retain

We may retain the following for legal or operational purposes:

  • Anonymized or aggregated analytics (no personal identifiers)
  • Records required by law (e.g., tax, fraud prevention) for up to 7 years

Retention Period

Once you request deletion, we process it within 5 business days. Your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where legal retention requirements apply.
